Are you passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to kickstart your career in food and beverage management? We're excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Management Trainee - Food & Beverage to join our dynamic team in Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort, Indonesia.

This comprehensive training program is designed to nurture future leaders in the hospitality sector, providing hands-on experience and invaluable insights into various aspects of food and beverage operations.

Rotate through different F&B departments to gain a holistic understanding of operations
Assist in the day-to-day management of restaurants, bars, and banquet services
Learn and implement food safety and hygiene standards across all operational areas
Participate in menu planning, cost control, and inventory management processes
Engage with guests to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly
Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment
Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies for F&B outlets
Support staff training and development initiatives
Analyze key performance metrics and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability
Assist in organizing and executing special events and promotions
Develop leadership skills through mentorship and hands-on management experiences

Qualifications

Has Completed His/Her First Internship In Operational Department.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
Demonstrated leadership potential and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Understanding of food and beverage operations and familiarity with hospitality industry trends
Willingness to relocate to Badung, Indonesia for the duration of the training program
Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment
Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Basic understanding of inventory management and cost control principles
Internship or part-time work experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
