Wemanity est une société de conseil en innovation technologiques et digitales. Nous nous spécialisons notamment en Transformation Agile en apprenant à nos clients (des groupes et des grandes entreprises innovantes) à innover de la même manière que des startups. Pour eux, nous recrutons notamment des profils de management d’équipes (Coach Agile, Product Owner, Scrum Master), de développeurs (Software Craftsman) et de DevOps.

Créée il y a 5 ans à Paris, Wemanity compte aujourd’hui plus de 300 coopérateurs répartis entre Paris, Bruxelles, Amsterdam, et Londres. Nous nous sommes imposés comme la référence de l’Agile en France et nous nous tournons à présent vers notre objectif de 2020 : en devenir les leaders Européens.

Personal Assistant - CEO & Marketing Officer 

We are looking for a personal assistant for our founder & CEO to support him on various aspects of his professional life. Whether at Wemanity, the European leader in Agile transformation, Wenation, our innovative ecosystem, or any of our dynamic startups, we’re looking for a right arm who’s willing to involve him/herself 400% on a long term basis in our human and entrepreneurial journey. Dynamism, responsibilities, and learnings guaranteed ! 

Your key responsibilities: 

  • You’ll act as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • You’ll organize meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
  • You’ll book and arrange travel, transport, and accommodation 
  • You’ll be responsible for participation in events and conferences (call for speakers, confirmation of availabilities…)
  • You’ll be in charge of typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence for his meetings 
  • You’ll make daily / weekly press reviews
  • You’ll manage the CEO’s social media presence on a daily basis and during events
  • You’ll gather weekly information from subsidiaries & countries and write weekly communication to all employees
  • You participe to the organisation and communication of events 
  • Development of the intranet

  • French is your Mother Tongue & you have a Very Good level in English (written & spoken)
  • Are highly motivated by this role and hence show a great desire to take ownership
  • Always pay attention to details
