People & Culture Internship

As P&C intern you’ll be helping the team in any query they might have and support the department in all the areas.

You’ll be supervised by the P&C Director.

Your day-to-day

• Assist new team members with the documents required.
• Assist the new team members with their orientation day.
• Create and post job positions in different job portals.
• Assist job fairs and school workshops.
• Develop initiatives that improve employee engagement.
• Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.

What we need from you

Currently studying HR related field or hospitality.

• Must be fluent in local language and English, additional languages will be highly valuable.
• Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service.

What to expect from us 

- 450€ gross/month. 
- Training programmes and access to IHG’s training tool. 
- Meals included on shift.
