About the job

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding process by preparing documentation and coordinating with relevant departments.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Help organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and recognition programs.
• Contribute to HR projects, reporting, and process improvements as needed.

About you

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
• Language required: English. Arabic and French are a plus

AED 1600 + service charge
Eligible for a shared room in a fully equipped apartment
Duty meals, transportation from hotel to accommodation hourly, laundry services
