Hostess Trainee - Greece & Spain

Your Main Responsibilities

Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all guests.
Prepare mise en place and complete side duties at the beginning and end of each shift.
Manage dining reservations and allocate tables according to the established sequence of service.
Support restaurant operations with tasks assigned by the F&B or Restaurant Manager.
Offer menu guidance and suggestions when needed for both food and beverages.
Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance.

About you

It Only Takes to Have

Fluency in English
knowledge of an additional language is an advantage
EU citizenship (eligibility to work in Greece).
A kind, respectful, and pleasant personality.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.

Location: Greece (Halkidiki, Corfu, Kos or Crete island) & Spain (Marbella & Mallorca)
Duration: 3 – 6 months (between March – November)
