Trainee Dealers

We are hiring Trainee Dealers to join Europe’s largest casino at City of Dreams Mediterranean. This entry-level role includes full paid training and a clear career path in gaming operations.

The Trainee Dealer is responsible for learning and performing casino table games in a professional, accurate, and customer-focused manner. The role involves completing structured training to gain the skills required to facilitate games, deliver exceptional guest service, and ensure gaming integrity on the casino floor.

Expectations of the Position

Commit to completing the casino’s dealer training program successfully.
Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Maintain accuracy, speed, and fairness in all game procedures.
Create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests while maintaining control of the gaming table.
Follow all casino regulations, policies, and compliance requirements.
Be punctual, well-groomed, and able to work flexible shifts (evenings, nights, weekends, holidays).
Show continuous improvement and readiness to learn multiple games.
Uphold the brand standards of City of Dreams Mediterranean.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to all players at the table.
Operate assigned games (e.g., Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, and others, depending on training).
Enforce game rules and casino procedures consistently and fairly.
Manage chips, bets, and payouts accurately.
Maintain the security and integrity of the game at all times.
Keep the gaming table clean, organized, and presentable.
Communicate effectively with players and colleagues to ensure a smooth game flow.
Observe player behaviour and report any suspicious or irregular activity to supervisors.
Assist in creating a safe and enjoyable gaming environment.

Tasks & Duties

Deal cards, spin wheels, or manage game equipment following standard procedures.
Calculate payouts quickly and correctly using mental arithmetic.
Exchange cash for chips and maintain chip inventory on the table.
Guide players politely through rules when necessary without offering advice or influencing play.
Handle tense or high-pressure gaming moments calmly and professionally.
Maintain a positive attitude and promote responsible gaming.
Support senior dealers and supervisors as needed.

About you

Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Confident communication abilities in English; additional languages are a plus.
Professional appearance and friendly, engaging personality.
Ability to stand for long periods and work rotating shifts.
No previous casino experience required - training provided.
EU citizenship or valid EU work permit

Number of positions: 10
€1450 to €1740
Shared or Single accomodation with a minium fee per month
Tips (+/- a salary) 13th salary - 14th salary – Easter Bonus (20% of monthly salary after 10 months)
Provident Fund – company match up to 5% after 6 months
Sunday Allowance – 25% of daily salary
Night Shift Allowance – 20% of daily salary (03:00–05:30)
