Reservations Intern

What’s in store for you as a Reservations Intern?

As the first friendly voice our guests and clients hear, you’ll be the heart of our reservation desk. You manage both individual and group bookings with care and precision - but that’s not all. Every reservation is a golden opportunity to boost business, and you know exactly how to unlock it by asking the right questions and listening closely.

You’ll actively inform guests about all the amazing options our hotel offers turning every call or email into a memorable “Feel Welcome” moment. Our motto is “Feel Challenged” and trust us, this role is packed with opportunities to learn, grow, and take initiative!

What do we need from you?

You’re looking for a full-time internship with flexible working hours.
Hospitality runs through your veins; you’re genuinely service-oriented and love turning opportunities into wins.
You’re a master communicator, fluent in both Dutch and English, and able to connect authentically with every guest.
You’re eager to learn and grow, with a proactive, positive mindset.
