Alwadi Hotel Doha is the first MGallery boutique hotel located within Msheireb Downtown Doha, vibrant new retail, commercial and residential development in the heart of Qatar’s capital, offering 213 luxurious rooms and suites with desirable amenities, a spectacular ballroom, and five class meeting rooms, with variety of restaurants and an exclusive spa and swimming pool. Reservations and Revenue Intern

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Reservations and Revenue Intern to join our team. In this role, you will assist in managing reservations with precision while gaining hands-on experience in revenue management strategies that maximize hotel profitability. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn both the operational and commercial aspects of the hospitality industry, developing skills in reservations accuracy, customer service, and revenue optimization.

What you will be doing:

  • Consistently deliver exceptional, friendly, and engaging service to guests and clients
  • Assist in processing reservation requests via phone, email, and online booking systems
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all reservations, ensuring all data is correctly entered into the system
  • Communicate proactively with guest to confirm bookings and provide clear information on availability, pricing, and services
  • Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient handling of all reservations
  • Identify and resolve any booking issues or discrepancies promptly and professionally
  • Support clients throughout the reservation process by providing excellent customer service and assistance
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to monitor booking trends and assist with data collection
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop your skills and deepen your understanding of reservations and revenue management

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Customer service experience is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
