Property Manager Intern
What would you do :
Discover the Property Managers job through a 360° internship tailored around 2 main missions
Management of the building's maintenance
- Manage the day-to-day tickets logged by our members.
- Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work.
- Supervise and manage our cleaning staff around all our properties.
- Regular properties tour to ensure the maintenance top quality.
- Management, tracking of our stock, invoices and billing management
Energy monitoring, reporting
- On a monthly basis, analyze the key metrics (incidents, CSAT, Energy consumption...).
- Launch, drive & implement energy reduction strategies.
What we are looking for :
- Analytical approach and problem-solving attitude. You can easily understand complex matters and find innovative and strong solutions.
- Impacting oral and written communication. Politeness and empathy towards our members and our partners are mandatory.
- Committed, determined and hard-working profile.
- You're fluent in French & English.
