Meeting & Events Sales Internship

We are looking for M&E Sales Intern to join and enhance our Meeting & Events team. The Intern program is for 6 or more months.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As M&E Sales Intern, you will:

General support for the Director of M&E Sales as well as for the team
Support the M&E Trainer if and when required
Support in daily tasks (administrative and/or operational if required)
Assisting the office coordinator on a day to day basis
Loading bookings on behalf of the team
Ensuring the maintenance of the bookings in the system
Ensuring the data entry is accurate
Entering special rate plans into the in house system and adhere to the internal operational procedures and the set standards
Support in pulling reports
Assist in analysing certain business aspects
Working on internal projects
Shadow the team during clients phone calls, enquiry handling and/or site inspections of both hotels
