Intern - Groups and Events

Job Description

• Assist in coordinating and executing various events, including meetings, weddings, and corporate gatherings.
• Support the events team with logistics, scheduling, and on-site operations.
• Manage vendor relationships and communicate event requirements.
• Prepare and organize event materials, including signage and seating arrangements.
• Ensure exceptional customer service for clients and guests throughout the event process.
• Participate in pre-event meetings and post-event evaluations.
• Gain hands-on experience in event planning and hospitality management.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
