Human Resources Trainee

Your responsibilities will be:

• To assist the HR team in their daily activities.
• To take care of employee's and manager's requests.
• To ensure a good internal communication and to plan internal events (Associate Appreciation Week, Saint Nicolas, Team buildings , various Sports Events, etc.).
• To take part in the onboarding process of newly hired associates.
• To establish contracts and declare casual workers.

About you

Fluency in English and French.

• Effective communication skills & organizational skills.
• Computer and Microsoft office Skills.
• Being enthusiastic, a ‘people person’ willing to build strong relationships and ready to be part of a great team.
