Food & Beverage Internship

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

Assist in daily operations across assigned F&B outlets, including Chinese restaurant, café and lounge
Support service delivery in events, banquets, tournaments, and special functions as required
Handle basic food and beverage service tasks, including order taking, food running, table setup, clearing
Assist with opening and closing procedures in assigned outlets

Rotation & Training

Participate in planned rotation among F&B outlets, events, and banquet operations, subject to business needs and operational demand
Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), hygiene, and safety standards
Observe and assist supervisors in coordination of service flow and guest experience

Guest Service

Deliver courteous, professional, and attentive service to patrons, guests and visitors
Respond to patron enquiries and requests promptly and politely
Promote a positive image of the Academy at all times

Team & Operations Support

Work closely with F&B team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Support inventory handling, basic stock control, and mise en place when required
Undertake ad hoc duties and projects assigned by supervisors according to operational needs

By the end of the internship, the intern will:

Gain exposure to multi-outlet F&B operations, events, and banquets
Understand service standards in a sports and lifestyle hospitality environment
Develop communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
Enhance workplace professionalism and operational awareness

About you

Currently studying Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or related disciplines

Strong interest in food & beverage and hospitality operations
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and hands-on mindset
Good communication skills in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays based on business needs
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene is an advantage (training will be provided)
