Killarney Royal Townhouse, the 4 star boutique hotel, is the original property of the collection, the five star Hayfield Manor in Cork, opened its doors in 1996, in November 2014, the Scally Family purchased the Great Southern, a beautiful 4 star Victorian hotel also situated in Killarney, dating back to 1854 and in 2025, the Scally Family added St. Helen's in Dublin, a five start retreat located just outside the city centre dating back to the 1750's.

The Scally Hotel Collection welcomes guests from across the globe and the exceptional teams at each property are experts at providing the first class service that our clients expect, coupled with all the charm for which the Irish are renowned. Our aim is to create a host of delightful memories for our valued guests.

Operational Internship

Scally Hotel Collection is delighted to welcome applications for our Internship Programmes across the following departments:

About you

Relevant studies (Hospitality/Tourism)

• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Professional appearance & attitude
• Fluent English (+ other languages a plus)
• Flexible schedule (shifts/weekends)
• Attention to detail & discretion
• Basic IT skills (e.g., Opera PMS)
• Legal right to work / internship agreement

Number of positions: 4
Dependent on the Internship - entry level roles 14.30 per hour
Private room with shared living facilities
