About the job

Support the F&B Manager in supervising restaurant, bar, and banquet operations.
Assist in motivating and guiding the team to deliver excellent service.
Provide professional and courteous support to both staff and guests.
Help resolve guest concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Promote teamwork, motivation, and a service-oriented culture across the department.
Contribute to administrative and quality-related tasks as assigned.
