Event & Congress agent (M/F) - internship

We are looking for one Congress and Event agent - internship (stagiaire) - to welcome our guests at meeting room of Novotel Milano Linate.

As the first point of contact for our hotel, the collaborator will play a crucial role to impact positively our guest.

Responsibilities:

Manage the offer for meeting room and rooms request.
Manage the Food and beverage offer coordinating with the restaurant department.
Anticipating guests needs and handle their inquiries
Having a complete knowledge of the hotel, including room types, relative features and facilities, rates, F&B outlets and promotions, etc.

Qualifiche

Careful of others and the environment around you: you contribute to making the stay as impeccable as unforgettable by bringing your little personal touch!
With a strong team spirit and a keen sense of interpersonal skills, you are attentive to the needs of guests.
Very fluent in Italian and English, you also have a good knowledge of a third language
