Based in Sydney, the host company presents an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources & Training Intern who would like to gain practical experience within the hospitality industry within a vibrant and boutique company.

This unique internship will give you a fantastic insight into Human Resources within the hospitality industry as well as valuable work experience in our centralized head office.

Responsibilities…

• Assist in coordination and management of designated Human Resources and Training initiatives
• Assist with recruitment activities and job advertising
• Design forms and posters for HR
• Assist with training and creative projects
• Conduct research on HR issues
• Day to day administrative office work and phone services

• Have a natural flair for people and are blessed with excellent communication skills
• Are enthusiastic and ready for any creative challenge
• Have worked with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Possess great organisational skills and ability to multi-task
• Are passionate about developing a career in Human Resources
• Are thorough in your work and have excellent attention to detail
