This is 3 month+ (flexible) internship based in Montpellier, France. It’s an amazing early-career opportunity to be a salesperson driving revenue against a quota for both new and expansion sales. You will get experience in an established and growing SaaS company, international sales environment, and exposure to other business units.
We’re looking for a motivated self-starter who has a strong interest in sales, provides an outstanding customer experience and strong presentation skills. You'll be single-handedly managing an inbound pipeline of sales opportunities across a very large customer base.
- Quickly gain a strong understanding of the Zendesk platform and customer needs
- Be the voice of the small business customer - understand their needs and make them into heroes
- Be responsible for responding to inbound calls and emails from new and existing customers
- Learn and deliver high-impact product demos
- A self motivated and driven nature
- Exceptional organisational, presentation, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- The ability to successfully manage a high volume of opportunities at all times
- Fluency in French and intermediate English skills
- The ability to thrive in a startup environment - you move quickly, think strategically and are superb at tactical execution
