Sales Internship

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable events, delivering outstanding service, and exploring the world of hotel sales? At Crowne Plaza Antwerpen, we're looking for a motivated Sales Trainee to contribute to our dynamic team, combining event coordination with strategic sales support.

What you’ll be doing

Strategic Coordination

Assist the Manager in implementing our Groups, Events & Sales strategy.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and high-demand periods to support commercial decisions.

Sales Support

Collaborate with the Sales team to identify new leads, support prospecting efforts, and help prepare sales presentations and proposals.
Participate in site inspections, client visits, and familiarization events.
Help maintain and update our CRM tools, client databases, and reporting dashboards.

Client Engagement

Help convert leads into confirmed business through excellent service and follow-up.
Support client communication throughout the event lifecycle.

Event Planning Excellence

Assist in organizing and coordinating event details, ensuring all internal departments are aligned and briefed.
Work towards exceeding client expectations by contributing to smooth event execution.

Innovation & Product Development

Bring fresh ideas for our Meetings & Events product offering.
Support the creation of impactful sales & marketing materials for group and event clients.

Team Collaboration

Interact with all departments (Front Office, F&B, Revenue, etc.) to understand how we deliver as one team.

Your ideal profile?

Student in Hotel Management, Business, or Marketing/Sales

Internship agreement for minimum 5 months starting as soon as possible
Fluent in English and Dutch; French or other languages are a plus
Passionate about client service, communication, and hospitality
Organized, enthusiastic, and a team player
