Rooms Trainee

At The St. Regis Rome we are looking a for a Rooms Management Trainee, who will have the opportunity to support the Rooms department in:

Operational support in several of the Rooms department, taking on increasing levels of responsibility to fully understand the department from a variety of perspectives. The outlets may include Banqueting Operation, Lumen Cocktails and Cuisine, In Room Dining,
Assist ROOMS management with administration tasks such as PPT, Excels and projects.
Supporting the supervision of the operations of ROOMS department to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
Provide support to the operation by completing managerial general tasks, projects and duties of increasing responsibility for the ROOMS department.
Provide administration support to the ROOMS Director, Executive butler, Front office Team and Executive Housekeeper in promotional documentation of ROOMS activities.
Working closely to the Director of ROOMS, supporting the completion of tasks provided by the General Manager of the hotel.
Report directly to the Director of ROOMS.
