Project Development Assistant in China

XMandarin is a Chinese language school located in Qingdao, China and we specialize in teaching foreigners Chinese language at our school. We provide international students with year-round tailored programs at our school.

Since creation, we have been dedicated to provide more than 5000 students excellent courses and services, helping them grow and have fun at XMandarin.

Our company has over 6 years of experience with internships and 50 employees.

Project Development Assistant

You will be working in a Chinese teaching environment with both foreign students and mainland Chinese people which all can speak English. You will get the possibility to take Mandarin classes free of charge twice a week and join the events which are organized every month for our students.

As an intern, you will assist in development of the Europe/international internship market and Chinese language education related businesses.

Missions :

Promote the XMandarin Internship project
Follow and track the status of running applications on the websites/ social media where XMandarin advertises.
Partners and potential interns maintenance.
Develop the internal process on the XMandarin side regarding the internship process
Assist the manager of the XMandarin internship industry by developing necessary tools.
Assist the marketing department with social media content

Requirements:

Excellent English skill is a must, other European language skills as advantage
Related majors: International Marketing/business, HR Management/Development, BBA Undergraduate students.
Effective interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Pleasant, creative, enthusiastic, self-driven, well time planner and a good team player.
A quick learner who is dedicated to work, able to work under pressure and adhere to deadline.
Good knowledge of social media, great camera is a plus

Benefits: Accommodation allowance of 1500Y/month + bonus; free Chinese courses
Starting time: From August, September 2024
Length: 6 months

We provide visa assistance (needed documents to apply for a Chinese visa) and will also be able to help you find a place to stay (homestay or apartment).
