People & Culture Intern

This role assists a team in nurturing the wellbeing of our people and ensures that our team members both enjoy and excel in their work. Key Responsibilities

Welcome to the core of what being a People & Culture Intern is all about!

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:

• Involve in our recruitment progress, e.g. handling job advertisement, screening applications, arranging interviews and assisting group interviews etc
• Manage administration on Learning & Development, e.g. taking care of workshop arrangement and logistics, facilitating induction program etc
• Design & produce internal communication materials e.g. posts, videos, posters etc
• Assist and support team relations activities, e.g. Annual Dinner, theme lunch, wellness events
• Handle team members’ enquiries
• Take up and in-charge of any ad-hoc projects/ events as required

Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):

• Degree in Human Resources Management/ Hotel Management or equivalent, or in related disciplines
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word processing
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Knowledge in Photoshop and video editing software

The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves):

• Self-motivated, creative, independent, with multi-tasking capability
• Very flexible and able to adapt to different situations, taking enjoyment in a fast paced and challenging environment
