About the job

Support in handling customer inquiries
Assist with lead qualification processes
Contribute to the creation of commercial offers
Support contract negotiation for groups and events
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and smooth event operations

About you

A proactive and solution-oriented mindset – you enjoy being the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Registered in the protected categories (Law 68/99)
Good communication skills in both German and English; you are confident speaking and writing in both languages
Motivation and curiosity to learn – you're eager to grow through the onboarding experience and beyond
A hands-on attitude – you like to explore topics in depth and take initiative
Previous experience in a similar environment (even through academic projects or part-time jobs) is considered a plus
