Marketing trainee

At The St. Regis Rome, we are looking for a Marketing Trainee.

The candidate will support the marketing department in:

• Support the Marketing Manager with day by day work load 
• Assist in the creation of all marketing material and manage the production of all hotel and sales team collateral ensuring all branding and company guidelines are followed 
• Social media content creation (editorial, pictures, videos, paid campaigns and interactions with customers) 
• Support in creating social media post calendar and boosting
• Support with the update of the Website (copy, pictures, special offers etc..) 
• Assist in coordinating photo shooting and promotional activities 
• Be part and assist in the creation of special projects and hotel’s events 
• Assist in coordinating Regional hubs (digital, PR and marketing agency) partners and sponsors

Requirements

• Writing, editing and design skills are requested. 
• Relational Skills, Proactivity, Flexibility, Problem Solving and Teamwork Skills, Priority Management.
• Fluent Italian and English, other languages will be considered a plus.
• Strong digital marketing skills, graphic programs, Office and Photoshop knowledge are required.
