Internship ACCOUNTS & STORES

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern for our Accounts & Stores department in , Maldives. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting and inventory management within a dynamic corporate environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and performing basic bookkeeping tasks
Support the inventory management process, including stock counts and data entry
Help prepare financial reports and reconciliations under supervision
Participate in the accounts payable and receivable processes
Assist in organising and maintaining the company's filing system for financial documents
Collaborate with team members on various administrative tasks related to accounts and stores
Support the implementation of efficient storage and retrieval systems for inventory
Contribute to the improvement of existing processes and procedures

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
Basic understanding of accounting principles and inventory management concepts
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Keen interest in learning and developing skills in accounting and inventory management
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information
Must be able to work in, Maldives for the duration of the internship
