The Xara Palace Relais & Châteaux is an exclusive family-run boutique hotel hidden away in the medieval city of Mdina, the old capital of Malta. What You Will Learn & Experience

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Support the full recruitment cycle—from screening applications to emailing candidates and managers, and coordinating interviews.

Employer Branding:

• Write engaging social media posts and contribute to our monthly internal newsletter, helping to bring the Xara Collection culture to life.

Exciting HR Projects:

• Get hands-on experience assisting with various HR initiatives, including employee events and ongoing people-focused projects.
