HR Intern

We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Intern to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This internship opportunity offers hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources, providing valuable insights into HR processes and practices within a corporate setting.

Missions : 

  • Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
  • Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
  • Help organize and coordinate employee onboarding sessions
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of company events and team-building activities
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily operations
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Assist in maintaining employee files and ensuring compliance with record-keeping requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and best practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Keen interest in learning about Human Resources and corporate operations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative on projects
