As an HR Intern, you’ll play a meaningful role in helping us attract top talent and create an unforgettable employee experience - just as our team does every day for our guests.

What You Will Learn & Experience

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
  Support the full recruitment cycle - from screening applications to emailing candidates and managers, and coordinating interviews.
  
  
• Employer Branding:
  Write engaging social media posts and contribute to our monthly internal newsletter, helping to bring the Xara Collection culture to life.
  
  
• Exciting HR Projects:
  Get hands-on experience assisting with various HR initiatives, including employee events and ongoing people-focused projects.

  Live and work in an intercultural environment where you’ll meet colleagues from around the world, broaden your perspective, and build lasting memories.
