Hotel Operations Intern

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Hotel Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience across different departments within a hotel environment.

Your missions :

As part of this role, you will be involved in the daily operations of the hotel, supporting the team in delivering excellent service and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.

You will work closely with our team in a fast-paced environment, developing operational, communication, and problem-solving skills while contributing to a high-quality guest experience.

About you

Currently studying in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field

Passion for hospitality and customer service
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Basic English communication skills
German or Chinese is a plus
