W15 comprises of a suite of luxury villas located in Weligama, Ahangama, Colombo, Nuwara Eliya, Gampola and Hantana. Each location has been carefully selected and each property was painstakingly developed to appease a niche clientele who visit our properties all year round. 

We will leave no stone unturned in our quest to identify an exceptional individual who will bring on board a degree of refinement and finesse that could be translated into creating precision communication and to welcome more visitors to our properties.

Guest Relations Officer

Key Responsibilities (Summary)

  • Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a positive first impression.
  • Attend to VIPs and special guests, providing personalized service and support.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
  • Anticipate guest needs, build rapport, and respond promptly to requests.
  • Assist with tasks such as reservations, travel arrangements, and message handling.
  • Address guest complaints tactfully and escalate to the Operations Manager when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and daily logs.
  • Coordinate closely with the manager for smooth operations and updates.
  • Prepare arrival and check-in lists to ensure readiness for guest intake.
  • Review and act on guest feedback to improve service quality.
  • Support guests with special needs including elderly, children, and persons with disabilities.
  • Ensure fond farewells and encourage repeat visits.
  • Assist with table reservations, seating arrangements, and dining inquiries.
  • Follow hotel brand standards and SOPs consistently.
  • Collaborate with team members to maximize service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Manage customer reservations, address booking issues, and answer related queries.
  • Promote up-selling opportunities by visiting nearby surf hostels
  • Social Media Coverage

Skills required: 

Good communication skills, social media knowledge, friendly & outgoing personality, problem-solving skills and ability to work as a team

  • Backgrounds: Prior Experience in Guest Relations and good knowledge in social media platforms
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is Mandatory, fluency in other languages will be an added advantage. 

Location: 506 New Galle Road, Weligama, Sri Lanka
Working hours (With days and time included): Days-Roster basis [8 days leave per month, Working Hours: Shift Based
Preferred date to start the role: Immediately
