Guest Relations Agent Trainee - Greece & Spain

Your Main Responsibilities

Welcome and greet all arriving and in-house guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and any inquiries regarding their stay.
Review arrival and departure lists, including VIP guest details, to ensure smooth service.
Respond promptly to guest questions, requests, and concerns.
Promote hotel services, amenities, and special offers to enhance the guest experience.
Address guest complaints or issues efficiently and escalate to the Guest Relations Manager when necessary.

About you

It Only Takes to Have

Fluency in English
Good command of a second language (French or German is essential)
EU citizenship (eligibility to work in Greece).
A kind, respectful, and pleasant personality.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.

Location: Greece (Halkidiki, Corfu, Kos or Crete island) & Spain (Marbella & Mallorca)
Duration: 3 – 6 months (between March – November)
