Guest Experience Internship

Dreams Lanzarote Playa Dorada Resort & Spa is looking for two Guest Experience Intern to join the team and support the delivery of outstanding guest experiences throughout the stay.

This internship is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in developing a career in hospitality, customer experience, and service excellence within an international resort environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Guest Experience team in delivering personalized service to guests
  • Assist in handling guest requests, incidents, and complaints, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and collect feedback during the stay
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Support the implementation of quality and service standards
  • Assist in guest engagement and loyalty initiatives
  • Provide support in managing online reputation platforms and guest reviews

Profile

Currently studying Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field

  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented and dynamic environment
  • High level of English required; additional languages are a plus
