General Management Trainee

Are you looking for an exciting internship opportunity in the heart of Brussels? The Hotel Brussels is offering a unique internship Management program designed to provide valuable hands-on experience in three key areas: Project Management, HR Support, and Daily Hotel Operations.

Your missions

Project Management

Collaborate with hotel management to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various hotel projects.
Conduct research, prepare reports, and contribute to project proposals.
Assist in project coordination, scheduling, and budget tracking.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Analyse data and provide recommendations to improve project outcomes.

Daily Hotel Operations

Gain exposure to daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage.
Assist in maintaining high-quality guest service standards and resolving guest inquiries or concerns.
Contribute to the optimization of hotel processes to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth operations and guest experiences.
Participate in the planning and execution of special events or promotions.

HR Support

Support the Hotel Manager with employee relations: assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records and confidential information in compliance with data protection regulations.
Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives such as staff parties or staff forum.
Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities.

Profile

Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written).

Enrolled in a relevant degree program, preferably in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, you have a school convention from mid-May 2026 for minimum 6 months.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Passion for the hospitality industry and a strong customer service orientation.
Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
