Front Office Trainee

Welcome and greet guests providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service
Undertake check-in, check-out & payment transactions
Answer telephone calls, handle complaints, arrivals, departures and rest functions
Excellent knowledge of the resort and the facilities as well as of daily events, activities and food & beverage functions in order to provide accurate information to guests
Be fully informed about the daily workload of the hotel (arrivals, departures, VIP guests and rest functions)

Guest Relations Trainee

Welcome and greet all arriving & in-house guests with a pleasing smile
Assist guests with all check-in procedures, issue room keys, and answer any questions.
Review arrival lists and records, including arrivals, departures, and VIP guests.
Answer client inquiries in a timely manner.
Promote the services provided by our hotel.
Address grievance issues and inform Guest Relations Manager as required.

About you

Fluency in English

Fluency in a second language (French, Russian or German)
EU citizenship (eligibility to work in Greece)
Kind, respectful & pleasant personality
Eager to learn & develop
