Front Office Internship

General Responsibilities

Guest Services:

  • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out process.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and courteously.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.

Front Desk Operations:

  • Assist in managing room reservations and updates using the property management system.
  • Process payments, issue room keys, and ensure all guest information is accurate.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Communication:

  • Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and special requests.
  • Ensure proper handovers between shifts to maintain smooth operations.

Administrative Support:

  • Handle filing, documentation, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Assist in preparing reports or summaries for the Front Office team.

Learning and Development:

  • Actively participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of front office systems and procedures.
  • Shadow experienced team members to learn best practices in guest service delivery.

About you

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.

AED 1500 - Housing Provided - Transportation, insurance, Airport pickup, Service charge, uniform provided by the company.
