Front Office Intern

We are looking for two motivated Front Office Interns to join our team at Seehotel Schwert, a small lakeside hotel in Gersau, Switzerland.

Main responsibilities:

Greet and check in/out guests
Manage reservations and payment
Answer emails and phone calls
Provide tourist information and assistance
Support with breakfast service and occasional restaurant tasks
Assist other departments if needed (housekeeping, etc.)

About you

Hospitality or tourism management student (internship contract required by school)

Friendly and guest-oriented personality
Willing to learn and take initiative
Basic English skills required; German is a plus
Available for 6 months
