Front Desk Operations Intern

The Front Desk Intern will gain hands-on experience in hotel operations, providing an excellent opportunity to develop customer service skills and learn front desk procedures in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Main Responsibilities

Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures, providing information about the hotel and local area;
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally;
Register guests and maintain accurate guest records;
Respond to online reviews to ensure positive guest engagement;
Coordinate with the housekeeping department to support smooth hotel operations.
