Finance Internship

Your Day-to-Day

• Assist in reconciling the PMS (Property Management System) daily city ledger, guest ledger, and advance deposit ledger to ensure they align with the monthly closing balances and current month changes.
• Support the preparation of the daily revenue journal, ensuring proper classification of revenues under the correct general ledger codes.
• Update the cashier contract list and assist with month-end reconciliation of cash accounts.
• Verify credit card transactions against daily business reports and help prepare credit card and bank reconciliation statements.

What We're Looking For

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related field.

• Availability to sign a school internship agreement, ideally for 6 months.
• Prior experience or knowledge in hotel operations is a plus.
• Fluent in English or Spanish.
• Proactive, energetic, and passionate about finance. Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills are essential.
