F&B Trainee

As an F&B Assistant Manager Intern, you will support the Food & Beverage management team in ensuring smooth daily operations across the restaurant, bar, and banqueting.

You will be actively involved in supervising service, assisting the team, and ensuring that both guests and employees enjoy an excellent experience.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills and gain insights into F&B management within an international hotel group.

What will you do?

Support the F&B Manager in supervising restaurant, bar, and banquet operations.
Assist in motivating and guiding the team to deliver excellent service.
Provide professional and courteous support to both staff and guests.
Help resolve guest concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Promote teamwork, motivation, and a service-oriented culture across the department.
Contribute to administrative and quality-related tasks as assigned.
