Cost Control Trainee

As a Cost Controller & Storekeeper Intern, you will support the F&B management team in maintaining accurate inventory, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring proper storage procedures. You will gain hands-on experience in cost control, purchasing, and stock management, while learning the importance of organization and precision within hotel operations.

What will you do?

• Assist with inventory control, ensuring proper stock rotation (FIFO) and availability.
• Support the recording of purchases, deliveries, and pricing in the purchasing log.
• Help maintain organized storage areas (dry goods, walk-ins, and freezers).
• Assist with beverage orders, deliveries, and equipment checks.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
• Collaborate with the culinary and F&B teams to prevent shortages and delays.
