Communications Coordinator

As a Communication Coordinator (alternant), you will gain invaluable experience in corporate communications, digital marketing, and industry analysis while working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

You will support various communication functions, including corporate communications; web management; events marketing; and industry analysis. You will also support CGF Coalitions of Action communications as necessary. Reporting to the Director of Communications, you will work closely with the Senior Communication and Brand Manager, Events Team, and Corporate Services.

Your role will require flexibility, creativity, and technical proficiency in communication tools.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Communications:

  • Create and disseminate newsletters, social media content, and internal communications.
  • Engage in strategic discussions and workshops.
  • Coordinate with Coalitions Communicators/Officers and Membership Team for corporate or event needs

Web mastering:

  • Manage and update website content, ensuring consistency and alignment with DE&I objectives.

Graphic Design:

  • Design and update documents in line with branding guidelines.

Events Marketing:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies for events.
  • Create and manage social media and email marketing content.
  • Support live events with operational tasks and publish event updates.

Industry Analysis:

  • Monitor CGF’s impact and conduct benchmarking against similar organisations.
  • Utilise online tools for media monitoring and analysis.

Role Requirements

We encourage applications from third-year students and master’s students with strong writing skills

Essential Skills:

  • Language: Proficiency in English (C1 minimum).
  • Technical: Basic knowledge of CMS (WordPress, HTML), Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign), and Google Work Suite.
  • Soft Skills: Cultural awareness; flexibility; quick thinking; strong organizational skills; teamwork; and time management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Languages: Spanish, and/or other languages.
  • Technical: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite; graphic design; copywriting; and project management.
  • Soft Skills: Strategic thinking, social media expertise, and an interest in sustainability.
