Front Office Trainee

Duties and Responsibilities

At start of each shift report to the F&B Manager / Cluster F&B Director to ensure a proper management of all administrative/operational tasks.

Morning duties:

Ensure the welcoming of the guests in the different outlets
Collect all signing sheet of the day before and give it to HR
Maintain HR records up to date (extra hours, rotas etc)

Administrative

Ensure an up to date timesheets management
Help cost control with organization of storage areas
Ensure a good communication within the service of all F&B information
Help with service, clearing of tables and table re-setting if needed.

About you

To be bilingual in English, have at least an intermediate level in French and a third language is a plus!
Effective communication skills & organizational skills.
Computer and Microsoft office SkillsBeing enthusiastic, a ‘people person’ and ready to be part of a great team.
