**5* Reservation trainee**

Would you like to start your career in the hotel industry? At Grand Hotel Central we are looking for an enthusiastic/a intern to join our Reservations Department.

What you will do:

Assist in managing individual reservations, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.
Answering customer inquiries by phone and email.
Update and maintain the reservation database.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in special projects and administrative tasks of the department.

What we seek:

Spanish Intermediate level (both spoken and written)

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Any other support activity in the Sales & Marketing department
