The Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE) contract is a French programme only accessible to citizens of the EU.
The Business Solutions & IT Services department (BSITS) FO SF is in charge of supporting the Securities Financing team on a day to day basis and analyzing and implementing projects. The team is composed of 3 project Business Analysts, 1 support Business Analyst and 1 program manager.
Reporting to the Program Manager, your main responsibilities will be the following:
- Following the day to day production issues
- After identifying urgent needs from the business side (production bug or issue), analyzing the suitable solution and potentially implementing a tactical fix if needed.
- Participating in the project as a business analyst e.g. analyzing business needs and problems, transforming requirements into a technical form, developing and implementing solutions, testing them and ensuring they fit with the user needs.
- Consulting with users and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving business
- Liaising with the infrastructure department and business
- Ensuring that AXA-IM follows the technical standards
What sort of profile are we looking for:
Graduated from a Master’s degree in programming from University or Engineering school. Knowledge in database and algorithm methodology is a strong asset
- Knowledge in IT applications and programming (C#, SQL language, Unix Shell)
- Fluency in English is compulsory and French is optional
- Ability to work autonomously
- Good communication skills
