Euro Private Equity ("Euro-PE") is the affiliate of the Natixis Group dedicated to Private Equity funds investment in Europe. Euro-PE offers a large range of services from advising on portfolio construction to managing of fully discretionary separate accounts and fund of funds.

Based in Geneva, Paris and Luxembourg, Euro-PE manages more than €2.6bn across all private assets classes (Buyout, Growth, Venture, Turnaround, Infrastructure and Mezzanine), either through primary and secondary commitments and co-investments:

  • Primary commitments: investing in newly formed funds
  • Secondary commitments: acquiring existing investors' interest in Private Equity funds
  • Direct co-investments: making direct and minority investments in companies alongside leading Private Equity funds

Stage - Analyste private equity H/F

This is a unique opportunity to gain a meaningful experience in the European Private Equity space, while being involved in all aspects of the investment process. You will join a highly-motivated team within a human-sized and dynamic environment.

Be involved in the sourcing effort by performing market mappings and attending GP meetings
Participate to the various aspects (financial, strategic, legal, etc.) and all phases of the analysis of investment opportunities
Produce due diligence materials and investment memoranda, and attend weekly Investment Committees
Support the team in its day to day tasks, especially investor relations and fundraising activities

Profile : 

Off-cycle or Master's degree (M1 or M2) candidates with a strong academic record

  • Prior work experience in Audit, Transaction Services, M&A, or Private Equity is a serious plus
  • Strong quantitative and technical skills with a demonstrated interest for Private Equity
  • Initiative-oriented and autonomous candidates with superior intellectual curiosity and rigor
  • Ability to work both as a team member and in autonomy
  • Fluency in French and English
