Commercial Services Intern H/F

The Commercial Services Intern will have the following key areas of responsibility:

  • To work closely with the Commercial Services and Sales & Marketing teams in Europe to understand client specific requirements, in partnership with key stakeholders, to enable International SOS to deliver standard or develop non-standard pricing offers which ultimately meet the clients needs while contributing towards International SOS results in accordance with Group guidelines.
  • To support the Commercial Services team with the implementation of the CPQ tool.
  • To assist the Commercial Services team to manage the availability and use of sales information for performance analysis/renewal purposes.

Responsabilities :

Commercial Pricing

  • Support Europe sales team on commercial pricing during the acquisition of new business and renewals by reviewing product mix opportunities and pricing using existing global pricing tool
  • Advise and support on product enquiries.
  • Systematically follow Referral and Escalation Guidelines.
  • Effectively communicate and document pricing decisions.
  • Provide support to the Commercial Services Europe team as needed.
  • Keep accurate records including statistical information where required.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
  • To ensure compliance with International SOS business guidelines, pricing strategy, contract wording and service delivery.

CPQ Implementation

  • Support Commercial Services team with the implementation of the new pricing tool (CPQ);
  • Support data migrations and User Assistance Testing in the lead up to implementation.
  • Attend training as required on use of new tool,
  • Support training of sales team on new tool,
  • Provide support during implementation on technical issues,
  • Ongoing support for sales team on use of the new tool,
  • Support Head of Sales with information on historic pricing in discount escalations process.

Profil :

  • Student in Business School or ENASS
  • Experience in a commercially focused analytical or financial role.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a multi-lingual, multi-cultural environment
  • Computer literacy
