The PTC Inside Sales organization is a multicultural environment where professionals from throughout Europe interact with current and future PTC customers. As an Inside Sales Representative Intern, you will learn to handle telephone contact and sales to existing customers, educate them about new PTC offerings and provide solution-based selling of PTC products and services.

In this internally based position, you will see how a multinational organization works, develop your business-to-business sales skills and learn how to improve relationships with current and prospective customers.

Prime Focus on PTC:

  • Learn how to build and maintain direct relationships with customers, and how to increase their satisfaction of PTC solutions
  • Support ISS team in working closely with the PTC sales ecosystem to cover and support current business needs
  • Follow up on marketing leads and invite customers to webcasts, live events and similar activities to develop business

Minimum Required Skills & Experiences:

Degree educated or a current University student

  • Ideally this is your first experience of handling customers on the phone (customer support, telemarketing or inside sales)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and good relationship building capabilities
  • High-energy, committed individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong focus on reaching targets
  • Native speaker of French and fluent in English.
