Job description - International Mobility team administrator
Reports to International Mobility Team based in Paris
Role Overview – IM team administrator
Co-ordinate administration related to international assignments, including:
- Draft Long Term assignment letters
- Collate final assignment packages
- Coordinate tracking of assignment packages post issue and follow-up for return of signed documents
- Follow-on activities upon receipt of signed documents, including scanning and storing on shared Livelink site, maintaining document tracker in Excel
- Content administrator for International Mobility Livelink site, includes maintaining permissions and updating documents for posting to Livelink plus managing content within Livelink site
- Maintain up-to-date and accessible filing and document audit trails
- Coordinate monthly assignment numbers reporting involving coordination with all countries where Atos Origin has assignees, collate data, verify changes, update tracker and produce report
- Handle all administration related to International Benefit Plans (Previnter medical including joining/termination processes and invoicing/recharge for our various international insurances
- Maintain internal tables, including those for Cost of Living allowance, Location Premiums, accommodation and Short Term Assignment Allowances
- Coordinate supplier payment process, including reporting
Other responsibilities:
- General team support, incl. couriers, booking of travel and accommodation where necessary
- Content administrator for International Mobility on Source
- Developing effective relationships with internal functions (HR, Finance and the business), and external advisers/suppliers
- Other ad hoc project work.
Person:
- Self-reliant, confident, attention to detail, organized, computer-literate (data base management), advanced Word, Excel, and numeracy skills
- Previous admin experience desirable
- Able to engage with other countries and cultures, preferably with previous international experience
- Either French native speaker with good business English, or English native speaker with good business French
Location:
Role is to be based in Paris La Defense (with possible move to Bezons second semester 2010)
