Central & Eastern Europe
Marketing Team in Paris!

Context

You will have the possibility to join an international structure at the Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) level. This is long term Internship program that will last from 6 up to 12 months and is designed for individuals passionate by Marketing and being in the last year of their studies. This is a development role and it is anticipated that after one year you could be suitably qualified to take a more senior role within the Marketing structure either in our HQ in Paris or in one of our subsidiaries at the country level (both within & beyond CEE Region). You will start your assignment not later then in January 2009.

Key areas of responsibilities

• Collecting tools and best practices coming from other countries and other Areas.
• Managing the best practices knowledge sharing through presentations, local visits to the countries, share-points, workshops, newsletter, etc.
• Supporting local marketing teams in the day-to-day implementation of the action plans by giving information, answers and solutions to each issue, problem or question raised by the countries.
• Coordinating the following key projects for the CEE Area: E-commerce, Rebranding.
• Supporting the Sales and Marketing Director and the Marketing Manager to organize meetings and workshops and prepare the connected presentations and deliverables.
• Managing the market data collection (competition, market shares, etc.) and the consolidation at the Area level, both about existing and prospect countries.

Profile

Background & experience

The perfect candidate is a last year student with strong university track record and ideally some previous work experience preferably in the area of Marketing. This program is available only for those who are eligible to participate in the formal internship program.

Skills & abilities

We are looking for a self driven and independent individual. Candidates need to demonstrate: exceptional analytical skills, capacity to learn quickly, drive and focus on results, as well as ability to adjust to various cultures and working styles. You should be perceived as a strong communicator and a team player. Apart from your native language you should speak fluent English (an additional foreign language, French or Spanish, will be a plus).
