Due to growth of business, we are looking for a planning & logistic coordinator

Main missions of the job

Under the responsibility of the Client Service Supervisor,  the trainee will provide his support to the Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment planning service. He also will act as a focal point for Technicolor France in dealing with the Logistic Partner, Central entity and various suppliers.

Main tasks are:

Follow-up of production :

• Day to day relationship and link with Central based in Poland and various suppliers to check the good receipt of DVD, dry goods and pop items to anticipate needs for production.
• Interface with Logistic partner (give instructions and follow-up of various logistics activities : kitting, rework).
• Various scrapping reportings.
• Administrative assistance and support to the planning tasks : stock levels,dry goods and pop items, campaign feasibility analysis, check of invoices, check of PO.
• Management of day-to-day requests such as samples to WDSHE - Communication to the client.
• Client and customer service planner and coordinator back up.

• Good knowledge in Supply chain / logistic
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in english
• High level in excel
• SAP appreciated
• Adaptability, reliability, autonomy, reliability to  work with remote interlocutors within a multicultural environment.
